It’s Time for ICJ to Make India and Jadhav Reap What They Had Sown

Igniting the fire of terror and militancy by poking nose in the internal affairs of neighboring statesfor her lust of regional throne, has been the most favorite activity of India for decades. The Indian government has been threatening the sovereignty and integrity of its neighbor by interfering in their domestic matters. Among all, Pakistan appears to be the state that has been enduring rather suffering owing to Indian transgressions since her inception. From exploiting the ethnic fault line in the then East Pakistan by the Indian military in the form of Mukti Bahini to hitting the sensitivities of Baluchistan in the form of BLA and BRA, India has always tried her best to cause an irreparable rather gruesome damage to Pakistan via her nefarious and clandestine designs.

Kulbhushan Jadhav, caught red handed in 2016 from Baluchistan, appears to be the strong evidence of how India worked in clandestine manner to kindle chaos and trouble in Baluchistan.

In order to realize her malevolent goals, India has used and still uses the spy network. One of the Indian spies, KulbhushanJadhav, caught red handed in 2016 from Baluchistan, appears to be the strong evidence of how India worked in clandestine manner to kindle chaos and trouble in Baluchistan. KulbhushanJadhav, who happens to be the serving officer of Indian navy, was captured from Baluchistan and was detained under the charges of espionage and terrorism. Not only this but, Kulbhushan Jadhav’s passport further unveiled the fact that Jadhav has been using an Indian passport with the fake name of Hussain Mubarak Patel and he managed to made 17 entries and exits with that Indian passport. Jadhav also confessed that he had been working for an Indian spy agency -RAW (Research Analysis Wing) – for decades. He further accepted that he entered via Iran and ran a terror network from Iran and Baluchistan, for which RAW funded him to the tune of $500 million.

Regrettably, it is not for the first time that India has tried to fool the international community and the international watchdogs. It’s India’s innate habit of playing a

victim card after committing malicious acts. In the past, India had also created such a drama after her self-sponsored Mumbai attacks.

All these confessions sufficiently make Jadhav, an Indian sponsored terrorist who worked to ruin the peace and prosperity of Pakistan. Therefore, the military court sentenced Jadhav to death in 2017. However, India managed to get a stay from ICJ (International Court of Justice). The decision of ICJ is to be announced on 17th of July 2019, but throughout the case trial, India failed to answer the critical questions like what Jadhav was doing in Pakistan? Why he had an Indian Passport with a fake name of Hussain Mubarak Patel? How he managed to make 17 entries and exits on that passport? What he had been doing in Iran? Why he got retired at the age of 47? Indian counsel couldn’t present a strong justification and a truth based logical answer to these questions to the ICJ. Moreover, instead of admitting her mistake, India resorted back to her old tactics of anti-Pakistan propaganda construction. India labeled Jadhav a normal citizen that has been kidnapped.

Regrettably, it is not for the first time that India has tried to fool the international community and the international watchdogs. It is a known fact that spy agencies don’t own their failures and their captured knights. Likewise, India has also denied the fact that Commander KulbhushanJadhav happens to be an Indian spy. India has been trying harder to play the role of a victim rather than a transgressor. It’s India’s innate habit of playing a victim card after committing malicious acts. In the past, India had also created such a drama after her self-sponsored Mumbai attacks.

The real story of how India manipulated the Mumbai attacks has been explained by Elias Davidson in his book ‘The Betrayal of India: Revisiting the 26/11 Evidence’. He also raised questions why before any investigation and without any evidence India started blaming Pakistan immediately, what was the role of David Headley –an American- in 26/11, why the killing details of ATS Chief Hemant Karkare and other officials were concealed? Furthermore, I have also unmasked the fact that theMumbai attacks were actually a false flag operation of India in my previously published article that’s titled as ‘Mumbai Attacks: India’s False Flag Operation to Deceive the World’. Similarly, it’s a known fact that how the BJP government constructed the idea of Uri

attack for the sake of mudslinging of Pakistan. The video of Ahmar Masti Khan (an ex-RAW agent) has also showed the real face of RAW and India. In that video A.M. Khan further explained the wicked way in which RAW had worked and still works in the region and especially in Pakistan. Therefore, it seems that India is a habitual offender and a chronic liar with the aim of causing chaos and turmoil in her neighboring states.

This time ICJ is to act in an unprejudiced and a rational way or else, one wrong decision would cost ICJ its repute and would also become the reason of regional as well as international anarchy.

Additionally, the entire world knows how India funded Sarabjit Singh, who was arrested in Aug 1990 under the charges of carrying out four bombings in Multan, Lahore and Faisalabad which killed 14 Pakistani citizens. Sarabjit confessed his crimes and was later sentenced to death. India also supported Kashmir Singh, who was arrested in 1973 and was convicted as an Indian spy to death. He spent 35 years in prison in Pakistan. Another Indian backed spy Ravindran Kaushik, a theatre artist recruited and trained by RAW, was sent to Pakistan in 1975. He was incarcerated after another spy caught by the Pakistan forces, blew Kaushik’s cover. He died during his imprisonment in Multan jail. All of these men had one aim of causing havoc in Pakistan. It is evident thatKulbhushanJadhav is nothing but another pearl of the same chain. Hence, Jadhav must reap what he has sown and so does India.

Currently, the ball is in the ICJ’s court. It is now the responsibility of this international institute to apprehend India for her wrongdoing and to hold her accountable. It is the time that this culture of spying and inciting terror in the other states must be shunned. This time ICJ is to act in an unprejudiced and a rational way or else, one wrong decision would cost ICJ its repute and would also become the reason ofregional as well as international anarchy.
