Pilot Andy Hill has pleaded not guilty to 11 charges of manslaughter over the Shoreham Airshow crash in 2015.

Hill, 54, from Sandon, Hertfordshire, was putting on an aerobatics display when his Hawker Hunter jet came down on to traffic on the A27 in West Sussex, killing 11 men.

He is due to face trial at The Old Bailey on January 14 next year on 11 charges of manslaughter by gross negligence and one charge of negligently endangering an aircraft

Hill suffered serious injuries after he was thrown clear of the plane when it crashed on the dual carriageway on 22 August 2015.

Among those who died were two Worthing United footballers, Matthew Grimstone, 23, and Jacob Schilt, also 23, who were both travelling to a match.
