West Coast Eagles players have paid a visit to Denishar Woods, the Perth girl almost killed by an electric shock in her front yard.
Denishar’s mother Lacey shared an image on social media of her 11-year-old daughter with a trio of West Coast stars who came to visit her in hospital.
Nic Naitauni, vice-captain Luke Shuey and Dom Sheed stopped in to see Denishar, a day after she was taken outside for the first time after more than a month in hospital.
Denishar suffered a serious brain injury after receiving an electric shock from the tap outside her State Government-owned home in Beldon.
Family were told she was unlikely to survive after suffering a catastrophic brain injury as a result of the massive electric shock but she has continued to defy the medical experts.
