Monika Radulovic has married her artist fiance, Alesandro Ljubicic.
The former Miss Universe Australia, 27, stunned in a flowing Galia Lahav couture gown during a lavish ‘do in Sydney this Saturday.
The pair tied the knot in an intimate ceremony surrounded by meticulously-manicured hedges and cascading fountains at Sydney’s Miramare Gardens.
Monika’s gown featured a bustier-style strapless design, and a flowing A-line skirt.
It also featured intricate white lace, and appeared a light blush colour.
Monica wore a sheer and floral top over the dress for the ceremony, which matched her long white and floral veil.
Half-way through the event, Monika removed a sheer top to expose her strapless dress for the rest of the day.
The brunette beauty left her long locks out and over her shoulders in loose tousled curls, and wore a glamorous makeup look including a dewy foundation, nude lip and smokey eye with a dramatic set of faux lashes.
After the ceremony, the model took off her veil and wore a gold Viktoria Novak crown.
She soon changed into a white lace dress for the reception.
Alesandro looked dapper in black trousers and a cream blazer, which he wore with a white shirt and a black bow tie.
Monika’s bridesmaids wore figure-hugging white dresses, with leg splits.
The pair were engaged for four years before they got married.
Monika recently told The Daily Telegraph that she knew early on that he was ‘the one.’
‘It’s like my heart knew he was the one before my head did. Cheesy I know, but it’s completely true,’ Monika said.
Monika was the fourth runner-up in the 2015 Miss Universe pageant, losing out to winning contestant Pia Wurtzbach.
The raven-haired model wowed judges with more than just her beauty, boasting an impressive fluency in five languages.
Born in the former Yugoslav Socialist Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the genetically-blessed model and her family came to Australia as refugees from the Bosnian War when she was just four.
