But when she’s not working hard in the studios, Samantha Armytage appears to relish time spent outdoors.
The 41-year-old was spotted walking her dog in Sydney last week and was joined by a male friend.
With a water bottle in hand, Samantha embarked on what looked to be a pleasurable stroll with the man as she helped her pooch Banjo stretch her legs.
The journalist and the man appeared to keep up a brisk pace during the outing as they made their way to a local shop.
Samantha and her friend appeared to be in good spirits as they strolled, with the duo sporting pleasant expressions.
Labrador Banjo has been part of Samantha’s life since Christmas 2016, when the accomplished journalist bought the pet as a present to herself.
In 2017, Samantha explained that it was the dependable personality trait of dogs that convinced her to welcome a fluffy friend into her life.
‘I have got no time for disloyalty,’ the Channel Seven star told Stellar in January 2017. ‘That’s why I got a dog.’
Samantha regularly takes to social media to update her followers with snippets of her pet’s life.
The stylish stunner has shared several selfies with the cute companion on Instagram.

Meanwhile, the small-screen beauty has proved numerous times she’s very much a dog-lover, posing with other pups on various occasions.
