They’re Married At First Sight’s golden couple who have become mired in scandal in the last couple of weeks.
But things appear to be looking up for Telv Williams, 33, and his beauty therapist bride Sarah Roza, 38, with the two putting on a passionate display at Melbourne Airport on Monday.
Despite Telv being plagued by a number of scandals, including one which saw him allegedly call Sarah ‘crazy’, the FIFO-worker looked overjoyed to be reunited with his sassy, outspoken bride.
First greeting Telv with a warm hand on the shoulder, things certainly appeared to heat-up quickly as the pair launched into a passionate embrace.
Lapping-up the moment, Sarah was even seen closing her eyes as she felt Telv’s arms around her, indicating things are still going well for the couple.
For the romantic occasion, Sarah wore a busty bright-red dress dress which had decorative frills at the bottom which she paired with a rock ‘n’ roll style leather jacket.
Adding to the chic look, Sarah completed the outfit with a pair of black heels with her signature red hair worn out to cascade down her back.
Looking casual after his flight, Telv wore a black t-shirt and maroon shorts, which he paired with a pair of thongs.
Trouble started for the pair earlier this month when it was revealed that Telv had been involved in a violent altercation in his younger days.
Being charged with five offences over a November 20, 2002, fight in Portland, Victoria, when he was just 18.
Court documents said Williams was charged with two counts of assault in company, and one each of assault by kicking, unlawful assault and affray.
He pleaded guilty to one count of assault in company and received a 12-month good behaviour bond and a $200 fine – no conviction was recorded and the other charges were dropped.
Things went from bad to worse, when video of Telv surfaced of him snorting an unidentified white powder off a stripper’s derriere shortly after.
Then, Daily Mail Australia obtained a leaked email Telv had sent to a MAFS producer in which he referred to Sarah as ‘crazy’ and said that he had ‘blocked her number’.
Groom Telv, however, denied that he wrote the offending e-mail.
Despite struggling to make it work in the show’s final weeks, with Telv appearing to be getting cold feet over Sarah wanting to move in together too soon.
The couple put on a united front on Monday, appearing on the TODAY Show, the couple claimed things were still going well for them off-screen.
‘It’s intense,’ Sarah replied when host Georgie asked how the duo were holding up. ‘Thank goodness Telv and I were not the villains.’
Telv also weighed in on the public’s view of them, adding: ‘We’re in a good spot, we’re pretty loved at the moment.’
