An associate of the Rebels bikie gang who faces serious drug charges was found with almost 200g of cocaine while caring for a five-year-old child, police say.
The 23-year-old was arrested at a McDonald’s outlet in Rosehill, western Sydney, on Saturday.
Officers searched his vehicle and say they found 193 grams of a white powder believed to be cocaine.
He was taken to Parramatta police station and charged with a number of offences including drug supply and exposing a child to drugs.
Police also searched a home in Glenwood where the man’s 22-year-old partner was arrested.
Officers say they found and expandable baton, about $25,000 cash, 18 grams of cocaine, three encrypted mobile phones, steroids and jewellery.
The woman was charged with organising a drug premise, exposing a child to drugs and taking part in the supply of drugs.
Both appeared in Parramatta Bail Court on Sunday where they were reportedly refused bail ahead of their next court appearances in coming weeks.
